PowerTaping is based on the obvious yet largely overlooked concept that muscles act in a chain. Our goal is to provide athletes, not just a new technique, but a new model, for the exploration and discussion of movement-based taping.
Cost: $99 + HST
Course includes: 3 hours of instruction, instructional book, and 1 roll of tape to take home. Tape and scissors will be supplied for use during the course.
